We do not charge a bench or lab fee for looking at your drive. There are no hidden costs. The purpose of the evaluation is to determine if in fact, your data can be recovered and what that process will likely entail. Your only expense associated with the evaluation will be the shipping charges if you require the failed drive to be returned.

    Plus return shipping of your hard drive(s) to you. If you want your drive destroyed. We pay for the shipping of your backup disc(s) to you once your data recovery is finished. You can have your data backed up on an external hard drive if you wish. We ask that you send it with the drive that is to be recovered and require that the back up drive is new with nothing on it. This will ensure that your data will reach you intact and usable. Please be sure if you are sending an external drive that the drive is of adequate size to store your recovered data.

    Once your data recovery is complete your data will be shipped back to you on dvd-r(s) media, or on the external drive that you provided. Your failed drive will be held until you confirm that you have received all of your valuable data. Once confirmed, you can either have your original hard drive shipped back to you at your expense, or it can be securely destroyed at no further cost to you.

Our Standard flat rate price is:

• $125 Per Drive which includes your backup disc(s). They are processed in the order they are received.

Our Priority rate price is:

• $175 Per Drive which includes your backup disc(s). This puts your drive and data recovery to the front of the line. For time sensitive material.
